The International Final University Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts was established in 2017, and the language of the Architecture Department is English. The program is designed to produce thinkers who contribute to theoretical discussions about professional concepts and architects who are aware of the values of architecture as an art. Among the program's objectives are to train students who can provide systematic solutions to problems, consider cultural and environmental values and human aspects, and develop the ability to produce reliable designs at the urban and single-building scale.

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) program is an engineering program focusing on artificial intelligence technologies that provide human-like abilities to information systems. The artificial Intelligence engineering program is a program that combines the principles of systems engineering, software engineering, computer science and human-centred design to produce intelligent systems that can perform certain activities or achieve certain goals.
The Final International University Department of Banking, Finance and Accounting was founded in 2020. Its undergraduate program leading to a Bachelor of Science honors degree that is taught in English.
Besides the theoretical knowledge, the Program allows students to learn accounting, commercial banking and finance in practice and apply it using the technological infrastructure of the University. In addition, the program is designed to cover fundamentals of accounting and taxation, financial auditing, project management, cost analysis, international economics and banking with an intensive curriculum.

Civil Engineering is the study, application, and practice of using science and engineering technologies to deal with the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of sustainable infrastructures. The Civil engineering field started its work in 2017 as one of the primary fields in the Faculty of Engineering at Final International University. With up to date facilities and laboratories this faculty will equip the students with practical knowledge of civil engineering.

The curriculum is continuously improved to meet the emerging requirements of today’s technologically advancing world, especially in software systems and architectures. The programming languages that are widely used today, their application areas, and usage patterns based on the strengths of these languages are emphasized within the program. The theoretical and hands-on aspects of computing platforms, communication networks, and hardware technologies are also studied complementing the software part of the program.
Our Computer Programming program aims to graduate highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals with hands-on experience who can become outstanding experts in their field.
The primary goal of the program is to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become proficient in software development for the internet, mobile devices, and general computer-based environments. In addition, the program aims to provide students with strong theoretical and practical competencies in database design, development, and SQL.
Our Culinary Arts Associate Degree Program trains and equips chef candidates in world cuisines and local cuisines, which are required by leading hotel businesses in our region and the world. Although the language of instruction in our program is Turkish, theoretical and practical courses are given to our students by experienced staff with international industry experience. In addition to theoretical and practical training, students have the opportunity to develop themselves in practical settings by doing internships in accommodation businesses, restaurant kitchens and hospitality in general. Students who complete two years of education receive a Culinary Associate Degree. Our graduates have the opportunity to find a job in the food and beverage industry, which is an important part of the tourism industry. During their education, our students have the opportunity to experience the businesses on-site with their internships in 4-5-star accommodation businesses. In addition, our students have the opportunity to do internships in accommodation enterprises abroad.

Dentists who graduate from this program can continue their careers as health professionals and can pursue higher academic studies if they wish.

The Prosthetic Dentistry Doctorate program offers opportunities for work and internship experiences around the world. It is open to both international and Cypriot students. It is designed according to European standards and guidelines and the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a Doctorate Diploma in Prosthetic Dentistry.
Psychology aims to facilitate human life and social relations through the definition, understanding and explanation of the invisible mental processes triggering human behavior. The most important contribution of the science of psychology in our daily life is that it enables us to explain both mental and behavioral processes using models and theories, to examine their circumstances and conditions, and thereby predict developments and initiate responses.
The Faculty of Arts and Sciences will begin to accept students during the 2018-2019 academic year to the Bachelor of Arts program in Psychology (English). The primary goal of this 4-year Psychology program is to teach students about the foundation of psychology, the scientific knowledge of its primary sub-fields and other disciplines associated with psychology, and train students to have detailed knowledge of the topics and methods primarily used in the field of psychology. The graduates of the program mainly work in institutions related to health, social work, education, justice, and industry.
The program is designed with an emphasis on the theoretical and applied aspects of the field to enable the students to examine the requirements, design, and structure of the software to be developed, and then carry out software development using an appropriate programming language.
Final International University, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Special Education Teaching Program started in the 2018-2019 academic year. The program is 4 years, and in order to graduate from the program, students are required to take a total of 150 credits / hour of courses (65 courses), 42 credits of professional knowledge, 19 credits of general culture and 89 credits of education and practice.
Students who graduate from our Program of Special Education Teaching are employed as a ‘Special Education Teacher’ and they can work in Turkey and the TRNC Ministry of National Education, public schools, private educational institutions, rehabilitation centers, counseling and research centers. In addition, graduates can apply for MA and then PhD programs to work as experts and academicians in special education departments of universities.
The Tourism & Hospitality Associate Degree Program is designed to prepare students for dynamic careers in the global tourism and hospitality industry. Delivered entirely in English, the program welcomes both local and international students and provides a comprehensive education in travel, accommodation, event management, and customer service. Courses are taught by experienced faculty members with international industry backgrounds, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The curriculum includes hands-on training, site visits, and internships in leading hospitality businesses, including 4- and 5-star hotels, resorts, and travel agencies. Students who successfully complete the two-year program are awarded an Associate Degree in Tourism & Hospitality. Graduates are well-positioned to pursue careers in hotel management, tourism operations, event planning, and related fields.
Tourism Management (PhD) Program will be carried out by Final International University (Çatalköy, Kyrenia) with the aim of encouraging academic and cultural cooperation, establishing and developing institutional cooperation. In this context, it is aimed to exchange students for education and research purposes, exchange of academic staff for education and research, cooperation in research projects and publications, organization of joint seminars, conferences and other scientific activities.
The duration of education is 4 academic years, 2 years of courses + 2 years of thesis period. The primary goal is for PhD graduates to contribute to the sector academically. This program aims to increase their managerial skills in the field of tourism and accommodation services and also provide students with high-level development in research.
The Tourism Management program aims to educate and train, through simulated and real-life professional experiences, experts and innovators in the tourism and hospitality sector.
